We’ll arrange a time to photograph your home in prep for marketing. Take a look at our tips below for how to prepare your home.
Our highly motivated team will be in regular contact with you to arrange appointments with prospective buyers. At Branocs we offer to host every viewing for you, as all of our team live locally and have an unrivalled knowledge of the local area.
Branocs will request evidence of funds from your purchaser and we will request details for your chosen conveyencor so that we can issue the memorandum of sale.
It is highly likely that your intending purchaser will arrange either a mortgage valuation survey or a building survey in order to satisfy that the property is structurally sound and good security for their mortgage lender.
Behind the scenes your conveyancer will be working with buyers solicitor dealing with any enquiries and legal matters in order to progress the sale.
Once all surveys have been carried our conveyancing work has been completed and mortgage offer issued, your solicitor will issue you with a contract of sale which you will be required to sign and return.
When both legal parties are ready, contracts will exchange and completion will be set – congratulations!

Our team offer the highest level of marketing and quality presentation available for your home, however we always advise having a good old de-clutter prior to selling, and ensuring that your floor and surface areas are as clear as possible for our marketing photography. We pride ourselves on offering the highest level of quality photography as the first impression counts. We will also advise removing vehicles from the driveway when we come to photograph your home, to ensure we show the full face of the property without any obstruction.
