Property Manager
Emma has taken to her role like a fish to water, having started as an Administrator and gaining a promotion to Property Manager in 2022.
Emma joined the team in early 2020, just before the COVID lockdowns, having formerly been a teaching assistant at a local school, primarily working with children with additional needs.
Emma frequently advises our Landlord clients on all tenancy related aspects, and oversees the administrative and compliance requirements within our Property Management team, as well as keeping Gavin in check when it comes to good administrative housekeeping!
Emma was born and bred in the Braintree area and resides locally, walking to work on a daily basis come rain or shine, and has two grown up children.
